SSB Interview:
Day 1: Screening Day
(OIR – Officer Intelligence Rating & PPDT – Picture Perception & Discussion Test)
Day 2: Psychological Test: Thematic Apperception Test [TAT], Word Association Test [WAT], Situation Reaction Test [SRT] and Self-Description Test [ SD]
Regular interactions by officers
Motivation is the key for success. Officers and selected students will regularly visit Defence Academy to share their experience and success stories.
Day 3 & 4: Group Testing Officer
Group Discussion(GD), Group Planning Exercise (GPE), Lecturette, Progressive Group Task(PGT), Snake Race, Half Group Task(HGT), Command Task(CT), Individual Obstacle(IO), Final Group Task(FGT)
Note: Personal Interview will be conducted in the afternoon on 2nd / 3rd /4th day of SSB Interview
